Some days are heavy. Brain Pal gives you one tap to say so, one minute to settle, and one small thing to do next. No streak guilt. No noise. Just a soft place to land.

One gentle step
at a time.

Check in

One tap to say how you feel.

Tap a face, add a note only if you want to. Thought records walk you from a worrying thought to a kinder one.

Calm down

Slow your body in a minute.

Worry time

Park it. Plan one small step.

Progress

Skills that only go up.

Sleep, if you want it

See sleep from Apple Health next to your mood. Read-only, and it stays on your phone.

Coins for showing up

Spend earned coins on rest days that protect your streak. No real money, ever.

Works offline

Everything works with no signal and no account. Sync between devices is optional.

Privacy

What's on your phone,
stays on your phone.
